Vegeta is a prominent character in the Dragon Ball Z anime series. He first appeared in Dragon Ball episode 29, "Vegeta the Cruel."
He begins as a ruthless Saiyan prince, obsessed with surpassing Goku in power. Driven by pride and a thirst for strength, Vegeta initially serves as a major antagonist, seeking the Dragon Balls to gain immortality.
